Pricing & payment
Prices are shown on each product page in the listed currency and include the amount you pay on delivery. You pay the courier in cash (or the agreed method) when your order arrives. Please have the exact amount ready where possible.
Delivery
We deliver to the areas we serve, typically within 24–72 hours depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. You or someone you authorise should be available to receive and pay for the order.
Inspection on delivery
You may inspect your parcel on delivery. If it is damaged, incorrect, or not as described, you may refuse it at no cost.
Cancellations
You can cancel before dispatch by contacting us. Once an order is out for delivery, refusing it at the door acts as your cancellation.
